Bedruckbar uses HP printers and media to produce ads that have a lower environmental impact
"The HP Latex printers were the first that could really compete with specialist machines. The quality of the posters is perfect, and they are considerably more cost-effective than the old technology."
— Stefan Ingold CEO Bedruckbar AG
CHALLENGE
Bedruckbar wanted to deliver high-quality prints that could meet its customers' environmental expectations.
HP High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Reinforced Banner and HP PVC-free Wall Paper enabled Bedruckbar to deliver sign and display applications that use fewer consumables and can be easily recycled through the HP Large-format Media take-back program.
RESULTS
Bedruckbar reduced print costs using the HP Scitex LX800 Industrial Printer.
The company can now print with a lower environmental impact thanks to HP Latex Printing Technologies—which require no special ventilation1—and recyclable HP printing materials.2
1 Special ventilation is not required to meet U.S. OSHA requirements on occupational exposure to VOCs from HP Latex Inks. Special ventilation equipment installation is at the discretion of the customer—no specific HP recommendation is intended. Customers should consult state and local requirements and regulations. 2 HP Large-format Media take-back program availability varies. Some recyclable HP papers can be recycled through commonly available recycling programs. Recycling programs may not exist in your area. See hp.com/recycle for details.
