Scanning with HP Designjet ePrint & Share

Scan and share through email with HP Designjet ePrint & Share from the HP Designjet T2300 eMFP's touchscreen

  • To scan a document to your online print history and share via email from the HP Designjet T2300 eMFP's touchscreen, select Scan, then HP ePrint & Share and log in to your account. (See Figures 1 and 2)
  • Set scan settings such as format and quality and make sure that you have enough free space in your account to upload your document.
  • Scan your document. (When scanning documents to your online print history, only the PDF format is supported. Please ensure that the file name includes the PDF extension.)
  • The scan will be uploaded to the Scanned tab, filed under the name of the user who sent the scan.
  • To share the document via email, from the touchscreen add the email addresses you would like to send to. (See Figure 3) Recipients will receive an email with a link to the scanned document.
  • The URL will take recipients directly to a preview of the file. An HP Designjet ePrint & Share account is not required to view, download and print locally.
  • If recipient wants to print remotely they will need to have an HP Designjet ePrint & Share account and save the file to their online print history, where it will then show up in the 'Shared with me' section.

Note: You can preview PostScript files on your HP Designjet T2300 or T2500 eMFP's touchscreen before you upload them. You cannot use the touchscreen to preview non-PostScript files.
